Cake Crumbs, the new cupcake shop located at 3 East Bijou in Downtown Colorado Springs, frosts us with some sweet flavors! To top it off, Med Cafe owner Mike is the secret ingredient and Downtown connection. Uncle to Cake Crumbs owner Denon Moore, as well as her business partner, Mike is also the man delivering cupcake cheers in the Springs Cupcake Truck. Great places are in high demand and bring in more revenue. Now, what is a great place? Where people can gather with friends and feel a part of a community, and walk to shops and schools from home or work. In other words, we’re talking about downtown.
A local resident shared this video of the “economics of great places” and he gladly shared that the Uncle Wilber Fountain is a great place. We agree. Your turn. What is a great place in Downtown Colorado Springs?
